gregister allows you to register for GROGGS.. It requires no access level, and its syntax is :
gregister [<options>] [<switches>]
gregister does not have a non-interactive mode. In interactive mode, it will ask you to confirm your userid, show you some explanatory messages, and then, if you wish, send a registration request to the GROGGS server.

When mail arrives in response to the registration request, you should use the grogprofile command to set your user identifier and shared secret. You should then have write access (ie. access level 2) to GROGGS.
